Shipping Information

  1. Where does HoodiePet™ ship to?

    HoodiePet™, LLC ships to the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

  2. I ordered my HoodiePet™. When can I expect it to arrive?

    We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Most orders arrive within one to two weeks of successful payment processing. We try to ship your HoodiePet™ order within one to two business days of receiving your order.

  3. Does HoodiePet™ offer express shipping?

    We offer 2 levels of shipping service: Standard or Express. Using Standard Shipping, most orders are delivered within one to two weeks. Express Delivery orders are normally delivered in 2-3 business days.

  4. Will my HoodiePet™ purchase arrive in the mail?

    Orders will be shipped via either private parcel service or USPS.

  5. How much does shipping cost?

    The cost for shipping is determined by our shipping supplier and depends on whether you select standard or express shipping, the total weight and size of your package and the destination of the package. Please see your shopping cart for the shipping charges pertaining to your order.

  6. Can I track my order once it is shipped?

    We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime on the Order Tracking Page. Additional questions about your order can be answered by calling 262-323-1988 or sending an email to support@hoodiepet.com. Please allow at least 48 hours before tracking your order.

  7. I still haven’t received my order?

    Please refer to the email that you received when your order left our warehouse and locate the parcel(s) tracking number. Use this tracking number to check shipping status of your HoodiePet™ purchase.

  8. How many packages can I expect to arrive?

    If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. To deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. This could result in part of your order arriving at a different time, but still within the expected delivery window.

  9. Will my order take longer to arrive if my shipping address in different from my billing address?

    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Most items ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
