Can I return my merchandise if there is a problem?
HoodiePet™, LLC offers a 45 day money back guarantee on its HoodiePet™ products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s), you can return your merchandise and request a replacement within 45 days from the date of your purchase. All merchandise must be returned unworn and unused. You also need to provide your original receipt with your returned merchandise.
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
- Make a copy of the Packing Slip and fill out the information in the Return Section.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed packing slip and original receipt.
- Contact HoodiePet™ Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 262-323-1988 to obtain a pre-paid return shipping label. If you choose to return the item at your own expense, please send all returns to the following address:

- Take the package to your nearest parcel drop off location.
When can I expect a refund for Returned items?
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a credit back to the original credit card used for payment (allow up to 7 business days after receipt of your return). The credit will be for the amount of the item(s) returned including any promotional discounts and/or coupon codes. The credit will not include the original shipping charges.
How long will it take to process my Exchange?
Once we have received your returned merchandise and approved your exchange, we will follow our normal shipping protocol utilizing standard shipping. If you have any questions about the merchandise you have purchased please contact our customer service department.
