  1. What is HoodiePet?

    • HoodiePetTM is a %100 Polyester fleece that comes with your favorite pet on the pocket.
    • Your HoodiePetTM can be traded, collected and played with as a finger puppet.
    • On the back of your pet, you have Velcro that attaches on the pocket.

  2. What do "Favorites" refer to?

    On the Choose your HoodiePet page, children can configure their favorite combinations of fleeces and pets to save for their parents, grandparents, etc. to purchase for them at their convenience.

    To view a Favorites list, simply enter the child’s username here.

  3. Can I buy HoodiePet pets separately from the HoodiePet?

    Yes, as many as you wish. In fact, swapping them out is half the fun! Collect your HoodiePet pets at home and on HoodiePet Island.

  4. How do I name my HoodiePet pet?

    Once you have signed in, simply click on the pet you wish to name on the control panel on the right of the screen. You can then click on the default name and give your pet a new name of your choosing.

  5. How do I create my username and password?

    There are two kinds of accounts on A child is prompted to create their username/password when they enter their pet code at HoodiePet Island. Adults can also create a shopping account when they go through the checkout process of the HoodiePet Store.

  6. How do I change my username and password?

    You cannot change your username or password. If you forget your password, simply enter the parent’s email address associated with the account here and a reminder email will be sent.

  7. I have a question that isn't listed, how do I get more help?

HoodiePet Help!

Each HoodiePet pet comes with a unique eight (8) character code.

  1. If your HoodiePet was purchased online, the pet code is listed on the order packing slip and on your shipping confirmation.
  2. If your HoodiePet was purchased at a retail location, your code was provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Once you enter your pet code you’ll be prompted to create an account so you can start enjoying the full HoodiePet experience!
